Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your email address (provided during Stripe Checkout, used for receipts and order updates)
• Your shipping address (provided during checkout, used to deliver your order)
• The contents of your order and its status

We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe (see "Third-party services" below).

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie named cart to remember items you've added to your cart between page loads. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on the following services to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing and customer email capture
• Vercel — website hosting
• Neon — database hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS and image hosting
• Clerk — administrator authentication (does not apply to customer accounts)

Data retention

We retain order and customer information as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet our tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years for tax records). Aged data is deleted on a periodic basis.

Your rights

If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Please contact us with such requests.

Social media publishing

Myothra LLC operates first-party tools that publish our own content to social media accounts we own, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. These tools authenticate to those platforms using our own credentials and post only content we create.

We do not collect, store, or process personal information belonging to other users of those platforms through these tools. Access tokens for our own accounts are stored privately and are never shared with third parties. We do not use these tools to access data from any account other than our own.

YouTube API Services and Google user data

Our internal publishing tool uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel and to read that same channel's public statistics and comments. By using our tool we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google's handling of any data accessed through these APIs is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access.The tool authenticates only to the MyothraPacks YouTube channel, which we own. It accesses no other channel and no other person's Google account. It requests only the permissions it needs: uploading videos to our channel, reading our channel's statistics, and reading comments left on our videos.

What we store. We store an OAuth access and refresh token for our own channel, our own channel statistics, and the text of comments left publicly on our own videos. These are held in private storage under our control and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and are never used for advertising.

Deletion and retention. Channel statistics and comment records are retained only while they are useful for measuring our own content performance, and are deleted on a periodic basis. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page, which immediately ends the tool's access. Any stored YouTube data is deleted when access is revoked or on request. To request deletion, contact us at the address in this policy.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
