Refund Policy

All sales are final. Trading card product carries random contents whose value depends on what's revealed when opened, and once a package leaves our facility we can't restock or resell it. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
That said, we will make things right in the situations below.
Damaged on arrival
If your package arrives with visible shipping damage to the sealed product inside, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and the damaged product. We'll replace the item or refund the affected portion of your order.
Wrong item shipped
If we ship the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping and send what you actually ordered, or refund you.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period or has been marked as lost by the carrier, email us. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package; if it can't be recovered we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Order cancellations
We can cancel and refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once your tracking number is generated, the order is on its way and the all-sales-final policy applies.
