Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase from the Site.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including in the event of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and inventory

We try to keep product information accurate but errors happen. If a listed price is materially incorrect, we may correct it or cancel the order before shipping. Inventory shown on the Site is approximate; orders for items that turn out to be unavailable will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timelines and rates are calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund process is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. By submitting payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The Myothra name, logo, site code, original copy, and Site design belong to Myothra LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute those elements without written permission.

Product photographs on the Site depict trading card products manufactured and sold by third parties. All trademarks, trade dress, character likenesses, and game content shown belong to their respective owners — including but not limited to The Pokémon Company International, Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro (Magic: The Gathering), and Bandai Namco / Shueisha / Toei Animation (One Piece Card Game). Myothra LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myothra LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
